Best just now: October –

Jonas Mäki spent the most time with:
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
Last month, I was totally convinced that the answer to this question was Red Dead Redemption 2, the game I had been waiting for eight long years and regularizing the blog. It is now available, but on the first day, there was the crab slab with the family, during Saturday's trip to Stockholm and during the Sunday Nordic Championship competition in Star Wars Destiny. My most anticipated game, perhaps never, had to wait a few days. Instead, it's Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, which was packed in my day. Instead of playing solo, Treyarch created his own royal battle mode called Blackout. And I could not be happier. It has the Call of Duty game clock, it has speed and intensity and really feels fun. In addition, it is much more beautiful and polite than the battlefields and Fortnite of PlayerUnknown, and countless nights boil down to "again, I'll be at least in the top 3 before I leave", then I stay standing for an hour or two (or four) at. In addition, the usual multiplayer component is also better than it was nearly ten years ago, since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, to be more precise – and the Zombies, we are just not going to talk. If nothing happens drastically, it will be one of the games I list the most, not only in October, but also in the coming months, maybe the exception of November, when I'm going to be the only one in the world. I was finally able to play through Red Dead Redemption 2.

Kenny Gustafsson:
Soul Calibur VI
Of course, I'm waiting to be stuck in front of Red Dead Redemption 2 in the coming days, but for various reasons, I've never seen that I had started my cowboy adventure this week. -end. So now, in October, I have to give the winner of Soul Calibur VI. A game that stole a lot of my free time this month, as soon as possible. Of course, I can admit that the single-player mode is a little disappointing, compared to other major titles of the genre, such as Injustice 2, but it still offers the same tight and balanced fights that the game has always organized. Passing the little brother to favorites like Samuraj-Mitsurugi or Nunchaku-Maxi is as much fun as it has always been. At the same time that the character is built, it's fun to sneak in with. Although my guys constantly look like two-legged skithogs next to the fraternal, majestic and elegant creations.

Petter:
Assetto Corsa
I wish I could write about Assetto Corsa: Competioziotinizioneniozione-Vezzuvio, here. But it would be simple, because the game is emptying content (it is in alpha phase, so it's not very complicated) and it's full of bugs. Instead, I put some new moods in Assetto Corsa (1) and revived my old (beautiful) romantic relationship with the brilliant Kuno simulator. Over the past month, my friends Vaniljen / Thug Life and I have screwed up the new Next Level Racing simulator I mentioned in my blog. Although I still expect two more Philips Momentum monitors of 43 "(will roll in 129 inches) in the simulator, overall) it's very assetto, in a Huracan GT3 – on the Mugello – and yes, this match is still brilliant.

Kim Jakobsson:
Red Dead Redemption 2
It is unfortunate that GTA V has been out for five years. A game that I respect a lot can be my absolute favorite last generation game with The Last of Us. Obviously, my hopes were huge for the sequel to Red Dead Redemption, and it's with exciting games that I started my adventure . And Trevande is a good word to describe the latest Rockstar game. Slowness is something that has scared many players used to a more eventful narration. Everything in Red Dead Redemption 2 takes time. There is entertainment for everything, and it takes time. If you peel a big bear that you just killed, the animation will take about 50 seconds when the main character, Arthur, barks and canines with his knife in the big animal. But I love it. Hard and sincere. It's really more of a simulation game than a purely Rockstar game – and that's all I wanted and more.

Joakim Sjögren:
Dead cells
October was a long wait for the release of Red Dead Redemtption 2, but the road was rather nice thanks to the company's two other best games. During the month, the barrel was joined by the wonderful Forza Horizon 4 and, after mid-October, I finally started to get acquainted with the Dead Cells Indian pearl and its addictive blend, Castlevania / Dark Souls. Since Kim "not Orremark" Jakobsson distributed an entire prize in August, I started trying to test Motion Twins' pixel tax myself, and now, after two intense weeks of castle ruins and muddling, I have not seen it. stinking sewers, I am both impressed and exhausted. of the powerful challenge that the developer has managed to answer. Admittedly, I probably did not pay a tia in the column of notes, as my colleague did (I'm delighted with my ninth place), but Dead Cells is disproportionately easy, addictive to the thousand and one the best games of the year is without a doubt.

Johan Vahlström:
Neither No Kuni II: Returning Kingdom
I am new to I was completely in love with the first Ni No Kuni. The story, the characters, the graphics. Everything was wonderful. It was a feeling that I did not feel so often when I was playing video games. But the game ended and it lasted a few years. Then he got up. Sequel. More adult (already the first step is something that most games would never dare to do), as beautiful, but perhaps not as fun as occasionally. I watched about 80 hours on Ni No Kuni 2 in October and did everything possible. I'm waiting for the DLC, which, I hope, will arrive very soon, because I really want to continue exploring this world of the game. It's not as good as the first game. It was a sunny 10th (personally), while this one trembles like an eighth. Building a new kingdom, in the best Suikoden-stuk, after getting his first stole, is a canon inclusion. I love this series of games. May he last forever!

Henric Pettersson:
Red Dead Redemption 2
Few opinions as unpopular as saying you do not particularly like Rockstar. I consider myself to have given several opportunities to their biggest games but have never stuck to them. It's only now that I'm stuck for their last game, sumptuously foolish. Since I started the game and I have been received by the gang with nothing in the snow, I have enjoyed it immensely. Despite the wonderful vibrations of Hateful Eight during the introduction of the game, I was not really convinced, but as soon as it opened, I could not stop playing. The Rockstar made with Read Dead Redemption 2 is simply one of the most impressive I've encountered on the road to play and I'm happy to have so much to discover. To get rid of my handset, I am not yet. Not in the long streets. Here, you'll continue to search for treasure, catch garbage, drink coffee and anything else you can find.

Lina Svensson:
Red Dead Redemption 2
Like many of my dear editorial colleagues, I have spent many hours riding this month. Red Dead Redemption 2 was really a highly anticipated game. After 8 years of waiting, I sat next to me and I almost vibrated home on the couch waiting for the installation of the game. Soon, I would finally find myself in a wild west hectic. It was a slight beginning, if I want to be 100% honest. I was not completely sold to the mechanics of the game and I felt a little frustrated at first, which made me nervous. The game I have dreamed of for many years should disappoint me? Horrible thought. Fortunately, I could expire after a few hours of play. Despite the slightly edgy play control and the slightly cool start, time was running out, an amazing (and beautiful) world filled with fun. Red Dead Redemption 2 is really a beautiful game that I will continue to enjoy for many hours.

Kim Orremark:
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
Just like multiplayer champion Mäki, I've spent a lot of time in this year's Call of Duty edition and loved every second of it. No matter whether it's a few games like Control, a little zombie or ultrasound, Blackout – Black Ops 4 matches is an incredibly well-assembled set of countless hours of entertainment. I abandoned my tactics and won more games than I lost in Blackout and I feel really good at the game. Disabling the Fighting Limit, using a fast rifle and a late ninja on the map and killing people to death is a pure pleasure to play and I know I will continue to play Black Ops 4 for a long time.

Adam Holmberg:
Red Dead Redemption 2
Slow down at the end of the month but remains a game with which I've already spent several hours. Rockstar has once again delivered an experience with its own extremely detailed "ride" role that sets the bar for what an open world can offer in detail and in empathy. Whether I hunt deer in the deep forests, run down trains, or slap bandits, I just want to stop for everything. Some segments take a bit of experience from time to time, but most of the time, I'm totally absorbed in the Wild West and its adventures. The amazing open worlds that just appeared recently are now obsolete in comparison.

André Lamartine:
Tronebreaker: The Witcher Tales
While most colleagues play cowboys in the latest Rockstar Post, I try, like Queen Meve, to release Lyria & Rivia from the invading Nilfgaard army in Thronebreaker, the enchanting CD Project role-playing game. Red, in one of the funniest and coolest gaming experiences of this year. The Gwent system has been updated vigorously with intelligent 3D models and it's a pleasure to try and solve the brilliant puzzle of the game with a constantly growing card game. Although the difficulty has sometimes helped to increase the trap, the sophisticated and addictive narrative card game mechanics maintain a high class level and I look forward to finding more secrets (and more cards) in the world of Witcher. At the same time, I've also started to enter the multiplayer mode, which has changed dramatically since the beta period, and it's a pleasure to rediscover this captivating game in a high-end format. Long life to me!

Mathias "Mahoney" Holmberg:
Pippa Funell: The game
It's the Hegevall editor who spoke to me about Pippa. That's one of the forgotten masterpieces, which led me to import the game for 699 SEK (plus postage). Now, I've spent a whole month really trying to figure out what Petter thinks is so good with this horse care simulator, but I can not come up with one positive thing to say. 100 hours in the lake, in other words. Never again Pippa!

Which game did you spend the most time with last month?
