A little over a month ago, Björn Sundeby received the sign of the controversial Ingelstadsvägen building in Växjö. Now he wants to join and finance a Nobel Palace in Stockholm

For seven years, the city of Stockholm and the Nobel Foundation have discussed the place where to place the Nobel Center planned. A center for the memory of Alfred Nobel. Initially, the plan was that a Nobel Center, of modern style, would be built in Blasieholmen, but now it is thought to place the center of the Nobel Park, which is located at the end of Strandvägen. Björn Sundeby plans to finance a Nobel Palace in Stockholm. That's what he said to Svenska Dagbladet

This is what prompted the computer entrepreneur and founder of the company Växjö IST Björn Sundeby, who launches in classical architecture, to engage in the building. The reason is that the architect Nils Gustafsson Freckes has launched an additional proposal on the appearance of the house. Inspired by the 19th century architect Ferdinand Boberg, Nils Gustafsson Freckes presented a palace of the Art Nouveau Nobel.

– When Nils presented a Nobel Prize, I felt that it was clockwise. It was a beautiful and obvious way to honor the memories of Boberg and Alfred Nobel. It's a fantastic alternative to the awful box, the Nobel Center, which is a completely crazy building if you want to create something that is related to the Nobel spirit and time ", explains Björn Sundeby at Svenska Dagbladet. Lars Heikensten, managing director of the Nobel Foundation, points out that the question of a Nobel Center has been stolen for 25 years and says in a comment to Svenska Dagbladet:

– We implemented it according to all the rules of the art, and have one of the best architects in the world. In this spirit, it is clear that we are continuing the process. If there were more, there is something we can pick up – but I do not really know if there is a Nobel Center at all, "says Lars Heikensten
