Now, Cesar Sayoc, aged 56, has been arrested, suspected of maintaining links with the bombs.
Cesar Sayoc committed a criminal offense and was sentenced to a bombing in 2002.
For three days, from Wednesday to Friday, twelve mail bombs were detected, a number that could increase if more packages appeared.
