Good mood in the heat. For the sixteenth year in a row, Tony Irving is in Malund during Dance Band Week to hold Danish classes. He can testify that the hot weather causes him a little. "I can say it's moist and delicious – and it smells sweaty and beautiful – it's a slower pace, we're all a bit boring, but everyone is happy for the nice weather."

The dance band week in Malung is currently unfolding in full scale

with alcohol and drinking plenty of water instead.

– It's incredibly hot. Everyone takes care of themselves, "said dance expert Tony Irving

The dance group's week of this year is the hottest of all time.

– It's a record. I have been in every 33 years. We had a year earlier when it was so hot – but nothing very strong, says Bertil Elfström who founded the festival of 1986, in Nöjesbladet.

For three days in a row, the temperature was above 30 degrees, which is why the director of the market Lars Bälter calls on visitors to take it with precaution

the break-off point of pure swedish. It's snowing everywhere, it's an extreme year and an extreme week. It is very important to drink plenty of water when it is hot. We urge our visitors to listen to this advice. And also that you have a hat or cap that protects your head. Bälter tells Dalarna's diary

"Let's Dance" 52-year-old Tony Irving is in place during Dance Groups Week sixteenth consecutive year and holds Danish classes. He certifies that it is very hot.

– It is cruel that the temperature is so high. Many of the participants here are a little older, so everyone really does, "says Tony Irving at Nöjesbladet.

It's easier for most of the festival to dance at night, he says.

– Then there are slightly milder temperatures, but it's not much sweeter

"The lower cadence"

it's that the organizers have handled the situation very well – and that the 50 or so 000 visitors are in a good mood.

– I can say that it's sweaty and beautiful – and it smells good and beautiful. It's a slower pace, we're all a little boring, but everything the world is happy for the good weather, says Tony Irving
