Johanna celebrates Abba in Russia

The project began with a concert with its conductor Ulf Wadenbrandt. This cooperation led Johanna to wonder if she would accompany Moscow.

"Clearly, I said yes, although there was a lot of bureaucracy to get entry permits," said the singer.

She went to the Russian Embassy in Gothenburg to present herself, but now it seems that all the necessary paper is available.

Besides Johanna and Ulf, Jenny Tärnberg and Anders Strandell take part in the trip. Jenny has a past in the tribute band ABBA Arrival.

– Ulf Wadenbrandt worked on it several times and really made a name for himself in Russia, explains the singer.

Good rotation

In 2018, Johanna's 31-year career really took shape. Among other things, she released the single "You echo here" on Spotify and Itunes. Johanna also performed in TV4's Bingolotto and also directed a krogshow with Jessica Andersson in Trollhättan.

"One gave the other, but I also have good support from the management company Held MGTD.

Last weekend, she was also on stage with Night Fever Nightclub with Magnus Carlsson, Erik Segerstedt and Jessica Andersson in Helsingborg.

Later, a Christmas show also awaits the Clarion Post hotels with the Rongedal brothers. So, there is a lot to do for the singer.

"It's very fun to do so many interesting things.

Do you have a favorite song of Abba?

– I discovered that there are many less known songs of the band that I've never heard before. But in terms of favorites, it will always be "Thank you for the music".

Will it be a moment to go sightseeing?

"I really hope so, but we have a pretty busy schedule.

Do you have other projects?

– Yes, I can not talk about anyone yet. You can keep your eyes and ears open, but I can say that I look forward to 2019.

On November 17, two concerts take place in Moscow
