– He will be remembered as a real good person. He was always nice. Good thought of all people. He never said no. You can trust him, she says, and continues:

– He was too kind. He was obese. He loved his job, he had been working there for thirty years. I spoke to his boss and he told me that we would never again have someone like Krister.

Found unconscious at home

Mikko left with brain bleeding and was found unconscious by his mother at home

– I did not contact him at his home or at home. ;hospital. Then he woke up no longer, she said, continuing:

– It was a shock. It was a shock for everyone. I am always shocked.

The relationship between mother and son was very special, says Laila Mikko.

– He always said to me, "I'm lucky you're mom. We were very tight. I only had it in Varmland. All my brothers and sisters live in Norrland, the husband has also left.

Richard Mikko was the main character in the SVT documentary "I'm Authorized" since 1996. For two years, journalists Jacob Nordenson and Rickard Petrelius followed life at the Sundgrund dance restaurant in Karlstad.
