In reality, the problem of missed childhood is even bigger, with around 40,000 child visits each year.

To avoid costs, you must cancel or change the time of your stay at Folkevården Skåne no later than 24 hours before your visit. You can do it 24 hours a day, for example.

The customer who refuses at least 24 hours before the visit must provide a valid reason not to pay a fee for non-delivery. The evaluation of valid reasons for prevention is performed by the clinic.
