ÖSK fell again – Gerzic expelled after baldness: "Go out of their way for us"

After the heavy loss to Elfsborg, ÖSK revansch left on Saturday against IFK Göteborg. Albin Granlund and Johan Mårtensson joined the team in place of Sebastian Ring and Michael Omoh. Brendan Hines-Ike, who was a question mark after the injury, was the last from the beginning.

When the game started, OSK managed to create the first dangers. Nahir Besara fired a foul of David Boo Wiklander before shooting on the cover. Then Michael Almebäck received a good nickname before Besara got a better position. He was released from the box in the penalty area, but he had a bit of a tackle, and André Calisir slipped the ball into a corner.

IFK Gothenburg has a little more ball, but is not really lucky. After about twenty minutes, however, it was heated properly. A situation arose that will affect the rest of the match.

Nordin Gerzic managed to score on an offensive goal but the referee Martin Strömbergsson chose to blow the free kick. The captain of the OSCE was not satisfied with the decision and was bounced back by frustration. Then Carl Starfelt from IFK arrived and started playing with Gerzic. They stood against each other with their boils for a few seconds before Gerzic moved away with a ratchet movement. Red card directly and Gerzic had to leave the meeting with his former team.

A few minutes later, the local team also took the lead. Amin Affane found Giorgi Kharaishvili unshackled in the middle but managed to hit the ball with his left foot. After that, Gothenburg seemed more comfortable and was able to control the end of the first half relatively easily.

At the beginning of the second period, both teams had some dangers before the game calmed down again. Blåvitt has always had the most ball and Osk had to focus on sporadic contradictions and fixed situations to get a receipt.

However, none of the teams created a lot. The nearest was IFK Gothenburg with some good shots away. Until the last ten minutes.

OSK has managed to create some dangers. First, Filip Rogic shot into the penalty area, but he was unable to beat Erik Dahlin. After that, Nahir Besara sent a cross to goalkeeper Isaac Boye, but the Nigerian could not reach the goal.

This was the last opportunity for OSK to score. Gothenburg had some chances to finish the match and finally the 2-0 goal came. Mikael Ingebrigtsen shot a shot from where Oscar Jansson made a good stop. Then Elías Már Ómarsson climbed and easily put in the ball and won.
