Earlier this year, rumors claiming that Samsung plans to abandon the product name "Gear" for its next smartphone were circulating earlier. Instead, the upcoming product would get the popular name "Galaxy" used by the manufacturer for its smartphones.

Now, this reputation has unfortunately been confirmed by Samsung itself. The manufacturer has listed Galaxy Watch on its website for a short time. After the slash, Samsung has deleted the product page of the next smartphone, but not before CNET manages to take a screenshot in the upcoming clock.

 Galaxy Watch

The US site of Samsung listed, showed a model with a diameter of 42 millimeters (mm) in the color "Rose Gold". In addition to this, it has not been confirmed much beyond the Bluetooth function of the device and its product is SM-R810NZDAXAR.

It has been speculated that Galaxy Watch will come in two different sizes, with 42mm being the larger of the two. Both models should be powered by Samsung's own Exynos Dual 7270 processor and will have a 470 milliamp hour battery.
