Östersund 's FK has won nearly SEK 70 million from Uefa for its success in the Europa League 2017/2018.
This is evident when UEFA has chosen to present what each participating club has won in last season's tournament.
UEFA on Thursday released the list of clubs that have won the UEFA Champions League and Europa League tournaments (from the group match) last season. It 's money coming only from UEFA which has now been compiled.
In total, UEFA has spent about SEK 445 million, divided into 56 different clubs. FK Allsvenska Östersund, who reached the sixteenth final where he lost to Arsenal, got a piece of the cake. Previously, it was possible to calculate that ÖFK had played more than 50 million crowns in pure cash endowment from UEFA, but the club's final income from the so-called "market reserve" of the tournament has now been presented. The amount that clubs can get depends on the size of the television transactions in each country. It now seems that Östersund has received 1.75 million euros (more than 18 million Swedish kroner) from this pool.
Premier League giant Arsenal has won most of the Pool Pool money, nearly 300 million. FC Copenhagen received more than 32 million Danish kroner, while Norway, Rosenborg, received 28 million.
Overall, the success of Östersund during the tournament has raised 6.62 million euros (nearly 69 million SEK).
