From Skövde on August 9, the Gothenburg Operator goes on tour to Västra Götaland with the Scensommar concert. The concert contains tasteful samples of the opera productions of the new season and a selection of other opera beads.
Other places visited are Lidköping, Ulricehamn, Strömstad, Vänersborg and Alingsås.
The audience will have a concert organized in two sections. The first is invited to enjoy the opera performances of the new season. After a break, a number of other pearls are served by the perth operator. Among other things, the audience can hear songs by Puccini, Wagner, Mozart, Bellini and Richard Strauss.
The Tournament Concert Tournament first time last year and became a big hit with complete performances. It is now time for a new tour of the same idea. The participants are soloists Frida Engström, Ann-Kristin Jones, Mia Karlsson and Mats Persson. Göran Gademan, playwright of Göteborg Opera (winner of SVT's Cultural Affairs Point of Contrast), is a presenter and tells the different performances.
