Thai police on the offensive – more than 500 tourists arrested in Swedish paradise

For some months now, the Thai immigration police have been searching for light and searching for people who live in the country without being entitled to it.

According to Aftonbladet, it was only in Phuket that your tens of thousands of Swedish travelers were flying every winter, 583 people were arrested during the first two weeks of October.

Citizens from Finland, the United States, Germany and Russia have reportedly been arrested during tourism, but there is no indication to date that Swedes have been arrested.

Swedes do not need a visa to enter Thailand as long as their intention is not to stay longer than 30 days. However, if you break the rules, you risk being convicted and finding yourself on the country's "blacklist".
