There was a dinner in Brussels while the AP News Agency filmed the EU's top executive Jean-Claude Juncker, Wingland. The video shows how Juncker struggles to maintain balance and repeatedly forced Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte to hold him back.
The 63-year-old also gets help when he goes down for the stairs and is taken against colleagues when he loses further balance.
Back Problems
Juncker has previously claimed that he suffers from sciatica, which affects his movement and balance. However, German parliamentarian Martin Reichardt felt that Juncker's behavior was "shameless" and said that he was constantly falling.
The European Commission responds to rumors and insists that the incident was linked to Juncker's disease with back problems.
