It's with some resistance that I take the updated version of "Sabrina Teenage Witch" from the 90s, which I totally missed.
But soon, I'm drawn into this dark and rather macabre story where Sabrina Spellman played the role of former childhood star Kiernan Shipka, struggling with her dual nature: a half witch, a half mortal. Before her 16th birthday, she should imitate a "black baptism", write her soul to hell, finish her usual school and train in a witch academy.
Yes, it is ready for conflict, and Shipka is brilliant as a provocative and fair heroine of this horror comedy, evolving freely between teenage and cruel blood rituals.
Unfortunately, perhaps we never come from stories where the key role of the female lead role "I want freedom and power" must be repeated here, when Sabrina refuses to submit to the devil, and yes, there at the head … old house – why not?
