The Australian has previously refused to withdraw his homophobic comments on Instagram – but before the impending court proceedings, which begins with a hearing on Tuesday, the star has neither Instagram nor Twitter.

Israel Folau was fired in May from the Australian National Rugby Team and the New South Wales Waratahs club team.
