Why are you in Prideparaden for the first time this year?

– There are more stories about writers and translators harassed for their sexual orientation, whose works are censored or banned inside and outside Europe. But we also have people in the union that we want to support. The authors are individualistic, but it is important that we participate in the conversation.

How will you be seen during Europride?

– We participate in going to Prideparaden, and we will have a uniform outfit. We have not really decided what else, it will be a surprise. But we will not show it, but the free word is our parole.

You are newly appointed president of the union. What questions will you focus on in the coming year?

– Copyright and freedom of expression are the most important issues. Of course, we want the authors to be paid fairly for their work. It's been on our list for a long time, but it's something for which we have to keep fighting. But it is also important that we see our questions, and when the younger generation. Today, the Middle Ages of the League is 62 years old, just like me.
