For the fourth year in a row, the Tenant Association randomly asked who it wanted to live next to Novus, choosing from 37 famous Swedes. On this year's list came a former slalom giant, Ingemar Stenmark.

When the men chose, they would like to live alongside Leif GW Persson and Ingemar Stenmark, while the women wanted Mia Cuts from Gothenburg and Mark Levengood.
