Even when advisers warned that the tweet could create legal problems for Trump, he stopped using Twitter as a megaphone.

Now the US President can bite the assassination – because his bold twitter will be examined as part of the Russian investigation of Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, writes the New York Times.

Attacks Worried Lawyers

Presidential Lawyers believe that none of this is an obstruction because it falls under Trump's powers – and thinks that he will not need to answer the questions of Mueller on the obstruction.

However, according to his sources, some of his lawyers should have feared that the prosecutor would succeed in gathering convincing arguments based, among others, on the tweets, indicating that Trump tried to influence the investigation.

Donald Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, rejects the information and tells the newspaper that "if you want to impede justice, you are silent, not public."
