Iva Landeka saved the night pass of Rosengård
She recognized a 1-1 free kick against Växjö in damallsvenskan.
Rosengård went to meet Växjö tonight with two consecutive losses in damallsvenskan, 2-1 against Hammarby in Stockholm. The team therefore needed a win to impose on Piteå in series management, but did not fail to completely break the negative trend.
After an angry first half, Växjö took the lead after 67 minutes with a goal as Anna Anvegård got through the box and leveled the ball to 1-0. It did not take long.
After 75 minutes, Iva Landeka was on the free kick, scoring the penalty spot and allowing the team to gain strength to score three. Rosengård had several chances to score three points, but was not clinically enough at the offensive level and had to settle for points shared in Malmö.
Rosengård is thus second in the series with a score up to Piteå at the head of the series, which has a less played match. Växjö is seven years old in damallsvenskan.
