Bandai Namco Entertainment has released two detailed videos of the English version of Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. The sixth "Long Day" mission (11:44) and the seventh "First Contact" mission (9:46 min) are exhibited. The video game scenes begin with the mission description. Then, the plane and the armament are selected before the takeoff of the fighter planes. Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown will appear on January 18, 2019 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and on February 1, 2019 on PC via Steam.
The story, which takes place on the same American continent as Ace Combat 3 and Ace Combat 4, revolves around the Second US Continental War, followed by the attack of an army of unmanned combat fighters. The players find themselves in the penal unit, a military force entirely composed of criminals – and therefore essential – charged with defending against this new threat.
