The group, which has existed since 1969, sued the Dutchman, preventing him from performing under his name and spreading music. Due to the curious legal dispute, the covers of the album must also be changed. Graphic designers are already at work. "From now on, even the cover needs to be changed, only existing stocks can be sold," says Geller. For Eloy de Jong, all the anger for his name is bitter enough. With his solo album "Kopf aus – Herz an" he finally celebrates his greatest success as a solo artist and is ranked # 2 on the charts.
