Hamburg, 27 July 2018. Hawesko Holding SA (HAW, HAWG.DE, DE0006042708) today signed an agreement for the complete takeover of WEIN & CO Handelsgesellschaft m.b.H., Vösendorf / Austria. With this change, the Hawesko Group completes its wholesale business in Austria with its Wein Wolf brand, which has been in the retail business for more than 20 years.
WEIN & CO is a leading supplier of high quality wines and wines. Champagnern in Austria and realized during the fiscal year 2016/17 about 43 million euros in turnover. As a result, the company will ideally integrate with Hawesko's high-end brand community and remain an independent brand.
