Stuttgart – Rock-Germany is happy with this return!

Tote-Hosen-Frontmann Campino (56) suffered a sudden hearing loss on June 8th. For six weeks, the fans worried about the singer. Now Campino has returned, flocked outdoors in front of 65,000 visitors to Stuttgart Wasen.

► Five minutes rather than expected, he stormed with his band colleagues on the huge stage. The singer clearly could not wait for him. "You do not believe how happy I am to be with you again," he shouted. "We are hot for six weeks on this moment!"

Then Campino went on for nearly two and a half hours at its best. No trace of sequelae of hearing loss. As he emerged from a fountain of youth, he raged back and forth. Classics such as "Here comes Alex", "Opelgang" and "Bayern" were powerful and drew the crowd from the start.

How happy was Campino? "Today is not a routine," he said. Self-deprecating joke: "When I got up, I felt like 75. At noon I was already 56 years old and now I'm half strong …"

This was very important for him to play the Stuttgarter Konzert necessarily. Not just because of the 65,000 tickets sold. But because it connects a lot with the city. "My sister used to dance ballet here, so I visited them more often," Campino said. Then the Swabian metropolis practically made a declaration of love: "I know and love this city a lot!"

These feelings gave back to the fans. Line by line, they sang loudly. Even the weather has not hailed the return. The announced rain did not come. Only at the end of "days like this" it was a little wet. For the tote-pants-frontman as ordered. "We are dedicating this song to Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, who wasted the rain after the World Cup final and ridiculed Putin with his huge umbrella."

Finally, Campino again gave a glimpse of his spiritual life. Audently moved, he said, "Thanks for that good night!" It means a lot to me, I will not forget them and you! "

Enjoy playing with his pants even longer. But that prevented the usual rules of the city. "Next time we'll go crazy," Campino promised. Thus, the Toten Hosen adopted their fans after 13 still with La-Ola-Welle and a "Singin 'in the Rain" sung by Campino A cappella.

An unforgettable concert for all.
