According to 9to5Google, the Android version of Battle Royal will only be available on the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for a period of 30 days. This new flagship model with an extra large display will be presented on August 9th. After the expiration of the exclusive cooperation Fortnite must be deployed but also on other android smartphones. Between mid-late September, the big launch of Battle Royal for Android or the Google Play Store should be pending.
However, the success came only with a certain startup time: Fortnite was not the start of the mega hit. On the contrary, the game was in development for a long time and could only pick up speed at the end of 2017. Update of July 25, 2018: Fornite celebrates its first anniversary with Patch 5.10
Happy Anniversary: Fortnite is celebrating its first birthday today, July 25th. A year ago, the game appeared in its PVE mode, now known as Fortnite: Save the World. To celebrate the day, developers donate special gifts such as cakes, new emotes, spray patterns and accessories, as well as content for Battle Royal and PVE modes. For example, the P90 miniature machine gun finally finds its place in PVP mode. And in "Fortnite: Save the World," there are new jobs in the Bru Valley Desert.

In addition, Epic Games has made the playground for Battle Royal – at less temporarily. For test mode the fourth season for up to four players is currently only temporarily active. Update of July 20, 2018: Fortnite may soon appear on Android
Few days before big Fortune birthday party can hope for Android users: According to a video of the Dataminer Tracker Networks have discovered three files in the game code, which indicate an early version of the game under the system of 39; Google:

After the fifth season of Fortnite has already been unveiled, official release notes are now available. There are no real innovations in Battle Royal mode. Only the gun is finally in the game and there are minor changes to the tactical submachine gun and the semi-automatic sniper rifle. Much more interesting: interested players now get the PVE mode "save the world" up to 50% cheaper. This applies to all packages offered.
Update of July 12, 2018: Season 5 has arrived
The fifth season has begun at Fortnite. This was announced by the developer Epic Games in a blog entry. Among the great innovations of the current season, including the Battle Pass with 100 new levels and rewards. In "Fortnite Battle Royal", we also added the four wheel cart, a gepimpter golf cart and the first player's vehicle. In addition, there are now cracks in the game world, which serve as a kind of teleporter and bring the player to high heights. Save the world players can expect new challenges, outfits and weapons.
