Photographers from 140 countries have iPhone and iPad submitted, now the best shots of the year have been chosen.
For the eleventh time, the IP photography contest (IPPAwards) has selected the best iPhone photos of the year. Only recordings with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch are allowed, post-processing with desktop software such as Photoshop is prohibited. However, photos can be edited via an application, and additional lenses can also be used.
The "Grand Prix" photographer of the year went to Jashim Salam of Bangladesh for the "Displaced" photo, as announced by the jury on Wednesday. Prices for the first, second and third place went to iPhone photographers from Switzerland, China and Myanmar. In addition, winners in eighteen other categories were selected for specific topics, including architecture, travel and portraiture. In total, users from 140 countries participated.
