LafargeHolcim Probably Sells Indonesian Cement Section (1)
L afargeHolcim ltd. plans to sell his business in Indonesia as people familiar with the report of the case. The largest cement producer in the world is looking to streamline its operations.
The company is working with Citigroup Inc. on a divestment potential of the division, which could attract construction materials companies, local tycoons and private equity companies Anonymity, since the procedure is not public.
