Since 2015, he runs the celebrity restaurant Clara in the lobby of the Emperor of Erfurt and is responsible for the banquet kitchen and catering service. He coached at the golf and sports hotel Grömitz on the Baltic Sea and worked there as a young chef. After stations in Switzerland Zermatt he returned to his hometown Erfurt in 2013 – at the gourmet restaurant Clara du Kaisersaal.
The director of the Kartschoke Hotel explains the new gastronomic concept: Central and European German cuisine will be reinterpreted.
