The rollout of RollerCoaster Tycoon for Nintendo Switch, announced earlier this year, is beginning to take on a more concrete form. Bigben Interactive will therefore act as the European publisher of RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures. The title should be available in time for the 2018 Christmas holidays.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures is described as the "most recent version" of the simulation of the amusement park. The implementation has been entrusted to the team of Nvizzio, who has already developed the mobile version RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch – but also the deceased RollerCoaster Tycoon World (PC) goes to the account of the developer. "The new title combines the most popular elements of previous RollerCoaster Tycoons and makes the most of the console's capabilities," says Bigben.

According to Nintendoenthusiast, RollerCoaster Tycoon Adventures should have three game modes (Adventure with Events, Scenario and Sandbox) offering seven different types of roller coasters, customizable parking elements and a simplified "management part". It should work in docked mode in 1080p and in portable mode in 720p – each with 30 fps.

According to the publisher's agreement that Bigben met Atari, the physical distribution of other console titles such as RollerCoaster Tycoon Joyride for PlayStation 4 with Virtual Reality mode (also 2018).
