Fortnite: Battle Royale (PC, PS4, iOS and Xbox One) is back online after a long maintenance of the server. But the Challenges and Tasks for Week 2, which are expected for today, are not yet here: Where are the challenges?
Long wait for nothing: Today, 19.07.2018, as usual at 10:00 the new challenges for Week 2 of Season 5 will come to Fortntie's servers. Instead, Fortnite's servers were down about 13 hours. It's only recently that the game has become playable again.
But the challenges and the work schedule are still absent
Where are the challenges of Week 2?
Nothing works! When the servers came back online, I immediately logged in as an agile raccoon to finally hear the current challenges of Week 2. But there was nothing to see. On the contrary, it was still "in 3 hours" on the entry at week 2. Also, not even a game could be started.
The downtime is over, go back in the fight!

Weekly tasks at 3 pm? Okay, the problem with the matches was soon over and you could play again. But the challenges were still missing for week 2. Instead, there was now "in 2 hours". This has not changed so far. So, does this mean that weekly tasks would be online this afternoon at 3 pm?
No Patch Notes yet – What has changed the update for Fortnite? Neither do we know exactly what happened now. Epic always talks about a maintenance, that is, a server maintenance. It may or may not mean new content.
Maybe the long time-out was really just an interview of server maybe the matchmaking on has prepared the return of the new Playfield mode.
As soon as we know more, we will inform you here. At least you can now play again and perhaps make up for the missing challenges of week 1.
