Olympic figure skating athlete Denis Ten was killed in an attack at the knife in his hometown of Almaty. He attacked them when they wanted to demolish his car, Kazakh media reported, citing the Ministry of Health on Thursday. Ten would have tried to stop him. Then they wounded him with knife wounds on the thigh.
The 25-year-old man lost several liters of blood and died in the hospital. Ten won the bronze medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. In his homeland, he was one of the most popular athletes.
