Nearly 650 visitors celebrate outdoor blues rock on the 14th. Five bands provide warm rhythms and good mood. A diversified musical program was offered
Three aspects make Blues-Rock-Open-Air attractive in Bühler: good music, an idyllic environment the area near the "Fabrik am Rotbach" and a relaxed atmosphere. At the 14th edition of the event, Peter also played on Saturday night. In the fantastic summer time four Swiss groups and a foreign formation played. Approximately 650 visitors were blues and rock in all its facets. At the last notes, there was a peaceful and noisy atmosphere. The party ended after more than ten hours of musical enjoyment.
From classic blues to rock
It all started with Walt's Blues Box and The Upperclass Windmachine. The group with Walter Baumgartner, who won the "Swiss Blues Award" in 2016, played traditional and modern blues. Then, the group Pat & The Blueschargers went on stage. The quartet with singer and guitarist Pat Lämmle is characterized by years of experience and offers his own compositions with covers of mood songs. This has significantly increased at the concert of the Swiss rock band Dögz Rock 'n' Roll and Blues.
The highlight of the 14th Open Air Rock Blues, however, was the performance of Justina Lee Brown & Morblus. This year's headliners are a composition of Italian band Morblus and African blues singer Justina Lee Brown. Nigerian is one of the strongest singers on the blues and soul scene.
