Data from Israel – which has vaccinated its elderly population in recent weeks – suggests that mass vaccination can stop the spread of severe symptoms of COVID-19, reports CNBC.
The study – published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – is one of the first real-world data sets on the vaccine’s impact on the world. All vaccines have already been tested in clinical trials.
