The T-Mobile network seems to be suffering from a Hump Day hiccup.
Many T-Mobile customers report that they can not send or receive calls this afternoon. Many reports of failed calls appear on Down Detector and Twitterand some customers also have text and data issues, but these issues do not seem as prevalent.
T-Mobile has not made any official statement about the outage, but the T-Mobile help account on Twitter says the carrier is aware of network problems that customers are suffering. There is no word yet about when the problem could be solved, but The help of T-Mobile says that T-Mo engineers "are everywhere."
Do you have problems with your service today, T-Mobile customers?
UPDATE: T-Mobile's CEO, John Legere, confirmed that "some customers were having intermittent call problems," but he said the problem was being addressed and that there were "some signs of reprise".
Some customers have intermittent call problems on our network. Thank you for your patience… @NevilleRay and the team are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible and have already begun to see signs of recovery.
