After T-Mobile Galaxy S9 and S9 + received Android Pie a few weeks ago, it's now Galaxy Note 9's turn to get a piece of Pie.

T-Mobile has updated its Galaxy Note 9 support page to indicate that the Android 9.0 Pie update will begin airing today, March 1st. The update is N960U1UEU1CSB3 and its size is 1671.6 MB.

In addition to Android 9.0 Pie, Galaxy Note 9 customers can expect Samsung's new One UI UI. It includes an updated appearance that moves the interactive elements down the screen to make them easier to reach, which should be particularly useful on Note 9 and its 6.4-inch screen. Samsung has also added a night mode to its One user interface.

This update also includes a new e911 call flow, explains T-Mobile, as well as a compass calibration patch and a BYOD update.

T-Mo indicates on its support page Note 9 that the update "will not be immediately available to all customers". It may take a few days for his number to reach your phone. If desired, you can manually check for the update by going to Settings> Software Update> Download Updates Manually. Make sure you tell us about the Android update of your T-Mobile Galaxy Note 9 by Android!
