T-Mobile raises ‘serious concerns’ at DOJ over offer to terminate old network

Antitrust officials at the US Department of Justice have said they have “serious concerns” about the plans. T-Mobile US Inc. to shut down the wireless network used by millions of Boost Mobile customers.
