Apple Launches New iPad, FaceID Ads – TechCrunch

[ad_1]

Apple published a handful of new ads promoting the portability and convenience of the iPad on laptops and traditional paper solutions. The 15-second commercials focus on how the iPad can make things the most tedious – travel, notes, paperwork and "things" – a little easier.

Three of the four spots show the sixth-generation iPad, which was revealed at the Apple's educational event in March, and which offers a cheaper option (US $ 329) with the Pencil holder.

Advertisements were broadcast on Apple's international YouTube channels (United Arab Emirates, Singapore and United Kingdom).

This makes following another 90-second ad published yesterday on FaceID. The advertisement shows a man in a gameshow-like context asked to remember the bank password that he created earlier in the morning. He fights for an unbearable time before realizing that he can access the banking application via FaceID.

There has been speculation that FaceID could be incorporated into some future models of the iPad, although we will have to wait for the next Apple event (probably in September) to know for sure.
