Shatter (voiced by Angela Bassett, red color) and Dropkick (blue color, Justin Theroux) are the two Decepticons after Bumblebee shown above. And these are different. They are more complex in design and that is because they are triple. They are muscular cars but also flying cars, as all G1 Decepticons fans know.
Shatter also turns into a jet harrier – inspired by Nightbird of the G1 era who is a ninja style Decepticon. in a chopper – inspired by Megatron.
You can see notes of these vehicle parts on their designs. Look at the shoulders and lower chest of the Blue Decepticon Dropkick and you can see the helicopter parts with the muscle car stick doors on the sides of the back. The same goes for the spray pieces in Shatter's shoulders and above the knees.

The funniest part of the panel (apart from all that John Cena said and done) was Travis Knight proclaiming that he was going to break hearts. with a precision when he revealed that the Decepticon jet of the Bumblebee trailer and the CinemaCon images are not Starscream as everyone guessed. It's actually Blitzwing
As for the other antagonist, but on the human side we have Agent Burns – the character of John Cena – who thinks he's right in everything he's doing. "He knows he's right"

The film begins with military units pursuing Bumblebee through a forest while Bumblebee cuts trees to slow it down. Bumblebee is approaching a clearing to see that it is the side of a mine in a cliff wall or mountain. It is a dead end and the units surround it as one crushes it by knocking it down. Agent Burns (Cena) is at the back of a Humvee-esque vehicle with a turret of cable fire and Bumblebee seems ready to surrender (he turns off his battle mask). And just as it happens a jet fighter is flying in the sky and Burns questions that have called in the air force.
This is of course Blitzwing flying and attacking, apparently killing most of the soldiers with a barrage of missiles. He crushes on Bumblebee who picks him up as they fly against the side of the mountain, scraping it all along. Blitzwing apparently manipulates Bumblebee easily and speaks, condemning him to "death" as he fires machine guns from his arm on Bumblebee. While Bumblebee is about to eclipse, Blitzwing catches it, supports it – it's there that it highlights how much the Decepticon is bigger compared to our little hero – and drops it off the edge.
Bumblebee falls down and seems to faint beside a river and we see from his point of view that he loses his memory core. While he stops, he spots the VW virus in a nearby encampment and that is how he gets that form.
In the next scene, Charlie (his 18th B-Day) wakes up in his caravan – all dressed in & # 39; 80s – brushes his teeth while listening to a walkman then goes through a dump in search of precious or useful pieces and finds the car under a tarp (after overturning the boats). She makes a deal with the landfill owner to work for him for a year if she can run the car and keep it. She tells him that it's his B-Day and he allows her to have it.
In her garage – as seen in the trailer – she discovers that he is a robot who acts like a scared child. It is a touching scene and it is clear how Charlie is looking for a connection from a friend. Bumblebee can not speak but can understand it. They immediately bond and Charlie says that he looks like a drone and that's how he gets the name (also, when she first found it there was a hive under one of the wheels)
There are some other scenes after that, but The key is Shatter and Dropkick do business with the army (Sector 7) and tell them that there is a fugitive from their planet that they hunt (Bumblebee). The leader of sector 7 sees an opportunity to work with them.
We also see Optimus Prime briefly in a hologram, embracing an awesome G1 design. A sequence even has Bumblebee resembling its G1 design while half-transformed inside a tunnel hunting sequence. This film takes place 20 years before the first Michael Bay's first film. We also have a preview of Hoover Dam which also connects to the first movie.
