Abu Dhabi has been confirmed as the last race of the Formula 1 season next year but will be held in December instead of November.
Formula 1 revealed another 21-race schedule for 2019, with the season ending in December for the first time in more than 50 years.
The calendar has been officially ratified by the World Motor Sport Council with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to be held on December 1st.
The other Gulf event – in Bahrain – will be held on March 31 and will be the second event of the season after Australia to be held on March 17th.
The schedule includes five consecutive race weekends, but no repeat of this year's unprecedented triple title.
China, the third event of the season, will have the honor of organizing the 1000th F1 Grand Prix.
