For 2019, 46 million units of new models are expected in the first quarter while the second quarter will see 46 million units.
Analysts believe that Apple expects its existing customers to switch to newer models if they have not done so with last year's versions . The iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Plus will come as a successor to the iPhone X at lower prices. Therefore, keeping the iPhone X alive with a price a bit more expensive does not make sense.
