Samsung's Unpacked press conference is scheduled to take place at Barclays Center on August 9th, and before the launch of Galaxy Note 9, leaks will accelerate. The big announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected, and new leaks give us more information about a new color variant. A leaked document also confirms that the Galaxy Note 9 will be equipped with a 4000 mAh battery, and posters that have been leaked outside of South Korea indicate that the company is already preparing pre-orders. New features of the S Pen have also been released, courtesy of the Galaxy Tab S4 software, and finally a new wireless charger retail box that claims to have the ability to charge two Qi devices and a Galaxy watch. A Lilac Purple variant was also disclosed earlier showing the camera from all angles. Other color variants should be launched on August 9th: black, gray, blue, purple and brown. You can see the color variant Deepsea Blue in the rendering published above.

This rendering also shows that the front looks a lot like the Galaxy Note 8, and the only visible changes are on the back. We can see the double cameras stacked horizontally with the flash next, inside a rectangular ring. There is also a fingerprint sensor that is under the sensors, but it is strangely placed near the camera configuration. This blue rendering corroborates all the pictures of phones that leaked in the past.

A document leaked by SlashLeaks, from the National Telecommunications Agency of Brazil, states that the Galaxy Note 9 will be equipped with a 4000mAh battery. – possibly support of Quick Charge 4.0. A new wireless charger box was also leaked by the prognosticator Roland Quandt, stating that Samsung will also introduce a new wireless charging mat to the event. Called the Wireless Charger Duo, this new Samsung device is expected to charge two Qi compatible smartphones, and a Galaxy Watch – another product that is expected to be launched on August 9th. You can see the packing box in the picture below. More details on this product will be known at launch.

Coming to S Pen, we already know that big changes are coming in, probably to make up for the small upgrade, which Note 9 now seems to be. XDA Developers has discovered new features of the S Pen by disassembling the AirCommand application (version 3.0) from the leaked Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 firmware. These features should come to the rumored Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, and probably the Note 9 as well. As we already know, the S Pen should be Bluetooth, and this will bring new reported capabilities like a remote camera shutter, being able to control music, unlocking the Galaxy Note 9 remotely when the S Pen is out, AirCommand expanded integration, and other simple, and multi-function long press that can be customized according to user preferences.

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 rumored specs include a 6.4-inch QHD + Super AMOLED Infinity Display with an aspect ratio of 18.5: 9. The smartphone could be powered by the upcoming Exynos 9820 SoC internal, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. There will probably be a dual camera configuration at the back, with an unknown primary and secondary sensor specification.
