Fortnite: Battle Royale

Epic Games has revealed that Fortnite now has more than 200 million registered players worldwide.

The news about the huge user base of the battle royal game was first reported by Bloomberg and was later confirmed by Epic Games. It illustrates Fortnite's staggering growth rate: the last figure reported by Epic for registered Fortnite users was 125 million as recently as June 2018.

For Fortnite, records continue to arrive. As we reported, earlier this month, the game reached a new record 8.3 million concurrent users. In September, it set a new record for unique players per month, with no less than 78.3 million of them.

Meanwhile, Epic Games has announced that when the Fortnite 6.31 update is available, players will be able to buy items to offer to others. For more information Fortnite, keep an eye on the game's website.
