Welp, it's Friday the 13th, so well on Instagram fell.
The photo sharing service went down that removed both the application and the website for nearly half an hour on Friday.
The source of the question was not clear, but it seems to have started around 11:49 PT, according to the website downdetector.com. Meanwhile, the feeds were not updated on the mobile app and the Instagram site displayed an error page.
An Instagram spokesperson said, "We are aware that some users have difficulty accessing their Instagram accounts. We are working quickly to fix the problem.
Service seems to be back to normal at 12:30 pm PST
Of course, the outage has not gone well elsewhere on social media. Frustrated users took to Twitter to complain about the disruption.

It has not escaped anyone that this very unlucky and panic- inductor event happened on Friday the 13.
This thing #instagramdown is easily the worst thing to happen on friday 13 since, like, 1307.
