Julia Barretto, Dani Barretto, Marco Alcaraz, Lara Quigaman, Heart Evangelista and Kakai Bautista, among others, all expressed their support for Salvador and Nuñez.
Nuñez, meanwhile, has also published two photos with Salvador on his Instagram account.
Rumors about the closeness of the two people were first posted online after Salvador had recounted that she had received flowers for Valentine's Day.
Salvador and Nuñez, who would be president of a public relations firm, would be aged 2010.
