"Halloween" may be an escape horror picture, but for a man at Comic-Con, he has turned out to be a savior.
During a question and answer session at Universal's Comic-Con presentation at Hall H on Friday, a participant stifled himself by telling star Jamie Lee Curtis that he had escaped the a fatal incident in which another man was cutting his phone line and was trying to break into his home.
He said to himself, "What would Jamie Lee do? And ran to the street, shouting for help.
"Thanks to you, I am a winner and not a victim," he said. Curtis left the stage to kiss the fan and gave him a long hug, kissing him on the cheek. "This kind of emotions is real," said a visibly moved Curtis.
Earlier, the actress had said, "What made Michael Meyers so scary was his randomness." "Halloween," a sequel to the 1978 classic, finds Curtis' Laurie Strode suffering from a PTSD and finds himself facing the infamous knife killer.
