Maari 2 song Rowdy Baby: Dhanush-Sai Pallavi's number is fun and full of fun

The first single from Dhanush's upcoming film, Maari 2, was released on Thursday. The song entitled Rowdy Baby is a slow song but full of air, composed by the musician Yuvan Shankar Raja. In addition to writing the lyrics of the song, Dhanush sang it with Dhee.

Multi-faceted Prabhudheva choreographed the stages of the fun number. The song will feature stages corresponding to Sai Pallavi with Dhanush. "… Really happy to join @dhanushkraja, we had so much fun working on this title (sic)," tweeted Yuvan sharing the song.

Maari 2 is the sequel to Dhanush's 2015 Maari drama. Director Balaji Mohan directed the next film. The film is currently in the post-production phase.

The actors Robo Shankar and Vinod, who played Dhanush's acolytes in the first part, were selected for the sequel. Dhanush will for the first time share the screen space with Tovino Thomas. Interestingly, Dhanush had produced his first film in Malayalam, Tharangam, last year, with Tovino in the lead role. The next film will also feature Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Kreshna in key roles.

Dhanush will soon join the stage of the next national filmmaker Vetrimaaran. Once the project is finished, Dhanush and Vetrimaaran will start the second part of Vada Chennai, critically acclaimed.
