Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday received Czech President Milos Zeman at the prime minister's residence.
Netanyahu hailed the opening of a "Czech house" in Jerusalem as a prelude to the possible move of the Czech embassy into the city.
"It's an incredible opportunity to welcome home the president and the first Czech ladies, Milos and Ivana," Netanyahu said. "It's a wonderful friendship, and you've expressed it powerfully yesterday."
"We say" next year in Jerusalem "and next year we hope to see an embassy in Jerusalem," added Netanyahu. "But next year in Prague we will have an intergovernmental meeting."
