The mother of four who survived the horrific car accident that killed her husband and daughters earlier this month left the hospital and moved to a rehab center in New Jersey .
Mary Rose Ballocanag, 53, lost her husband Audie Trinidad, 61, and her daughters Kaitlyn, 20, Danna, Allison and Melissa, two 17 and 13 year old twins, were all killed on the spot. a driver hit them on July 6th.
Mary survived the accident and said that she came after the impact with her husband's hand on his chest. She and her husband were wearing seatbelts – her children were not there.

The Trinidad family was returning from their vacation in Ocean City, Maryland, when her life was cut off.
They were traveling north on Delaware Highway 1 just before 4 pm on July 6, when a brown van traveling south crossed the center of the city in oncoming traffic – slamming into the white Toyota Sienna van.
He struck the rear side of a 2002 Mercury Sable piloted by Brian Kern, 24, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
