With a new trailer in English, The Pokemon Company shared a Japanese trailer for Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go, Eevee. The announcement features even more footage from the upcoming Nintendo Switch RPGs, but most importantly, it gives fans their first look at a pair of familiar faces that will be back in the games: Jessie and James from Team Rocket.

Just as in the classic version of Pokemon Yellow – which served as inspiration for upcoming titles – it seems that Jessie and James will play a recurring role in Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's # 39; Go, Eevee. In the theatrical trailer, which you can watch below, the villainous duo (with Meowth) can be seen briefly in front of the protagonist at Mount. Moon.

The trailer also shows some pictures of Pikachu battling Zapdos and Moltres, two of the legendary Pokémon Red / Blue / Yellow birds. This is particularly noteworthy because players can not usually fight wild Pokemon in Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go, Eevee, suggesting that the legendary can be the exception to this rule.

In addition to these new details, we learned recently that players will be able to give their partner Pikachu and Eevee different hairstyles and accessories in Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go, Eevee . The Pokemon Company has also confirmed that each version will contain its own exclusive Pokemon, just like previous versions of the series.

Let's Go, Pikachu and Let's Go, Eevee will be released exclusively for Nintendo Switch on November 16th. In addition to couch co -op using a second Joy-Con Switch, the games support both local and online trading and combat, although players need a subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online service to use online features. The pair will launch next to the Poke Ball Plus, a Poke Ball-shaped controller that can store a Pokémon and interact with Pokemon Go.
