Bad demand and model 3 delivery problems abroad will weigh on Tesla's first-quarter results when the company releases its report in April, RBC Capital Markets warned on Monday.

"Most of the potential demand for Tesla products is at a price level that we do not think Tesla can be profitable," he added. "The company has started offering some of these prices, but we think they're going to dilute the margins."
Tesla shares fell 1.3% in pre-market trading on Monday after the RBC note. The stock is already down 30% from its recent peak of 52 weeks and 20% in 2019.
