Rhea Ripley faced Toni Storm in today's episode of NXT UK, which was shot some time ago, but it's now official. After her fierce battle victory, Ripley stayed for a moving interview in the ring.
Ripley, who is generally a fairly aggressive stub, was very moved in this exclusive video published on WWE social media. She did not boast about hurting Tegan Nox because she admitted that she loved Toni Storm.
While enjoying the songs "You deserve it," she said, "I'm not going to lie, I could."
The NXT UK line-up was on the ramp to applaud Ripley as the crowd chanted "The Women's Wrestling". It was a pretty cool moment and Rhea Ripley had promised to keep tearing everyone up.
By the way, Ripley has her first NXT UK Women's Championship running for NXT UK TakeOver in Blackpool on January 12th.
